Can't find that perfect entertainment unit? Why not custom design one?

We all know that most furniture retailers sell all kinds of entertainment units and wall units but quite often nothing can be found to suit the situation. Purpose built units will undoubtedly cost more but the end result will be far more satisfying.

The entertainment unit can be home to a multitude of household items, not just the TV and stereo. Maybe some inner drawers for the storage and easy selection of DVDs and CDs or even the old LPs. Shelving can be carefully arranged for displaying those family photos, your favourite china and crystal or some special pottery pieces.

Low voltage LED lighting can also add a personal touch to these areas. Glass doors are another option with either clear or frosted glass. Sturdy shelving for books is a must in any wall unit, or maybe display your books in a designated library cabinet, with a ladder?  When cabinets are individually designed and built, the options are virtually endless.

Entertainment unit and wall unit design process

Initially, we do request that customers send through a sketch/measurements of what they would like. We will then provide an initial quote based on this information, we don't come out to provide a free design and quote to begin with. Once we work out a design that suits the budget we certainly do a 'check measure' onsite and finalise all of the details.
